Terms of Service
Who we are: CustomsDirect is a private consultancy. We are not SARS and we are not affiliated with SARS. We prepare and submit applications to SARS on your behalf and advise you on customs matters.
Our promises: fixed prices as published, document requirements shown before payment, submission to SARS within our stated turnaround once your complete documents are received, and the refund policy as published. SARS's own processing times are outside our control.
Your responsibilities: the information and documents you provide must be true, accurate and complete. Turnaround commitments start when we receive complete documents.
Work we refuse: we do not act for clients seeking to under-declare values, misdescribe goods, evade duty or otherwise defraud the system. We may decline or terminate such work at any time with a refund of unearned fees.
Advice: our guidance is professional opinion based on 35 years of customs experience; final determinations rest with SARS and, where applicable, the courts.
