CustomsDirect processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013.
What we collect: your name, contact details, and the company and identity documents required to complete SARS customs applications on your behalf.
Why we collect it: solely to deliver the service you purchased: preparing and submitting customs registrations, licences and related applications, and communicating with you about them.
Who we share it with: SARS and directly related government bodies, as required to complete your application. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Storage and retention: documents are stored securely and retained only as long as required to deliver the service and meet legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted on request.
Your rights: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time via info@customsdirect.co.za.
